This weekend we´ve planned for about a year or should I say Vasi´handler Jaana Moisander said about a year ago that we should go to Oulu and so we did. I left to Oulu with my son Julius on Friday morning with Moses only with us, because Vasi was entered in the Kartano Weekend saturdays show, my husband Kari would take him there where Jaana and Pirjo will take him, they will take the night train to Oulu and they will arrive in Oulu on sunday morning and ready for the showring. We were supposed to go to Moses´ brother (Neliapilan Hyvä Haltija) home for the weekend and again so we did.

We had the first show on saturday and only for my afghan Neliapilan Hei Melennetään aka Moses. We had Günther Ehrenreich (AT) for the afghans on saturday with 34 afghans present and Moses was shown first time in the Champion class (I was a little scared just cause of that...) But finally he did well and placed 3rd while Agha Djaris Urban Cowboy was 1st and Neliapilan Kuutamokeikka 2nd, so I am very pleased with him.

On Sunday we had Tamas Jakkel for our judge with almost the same competition BUT "Moses" was 2nd in the Champion class and this time only "Moritz" (Agha Djaris Urban Cowboy) in front of him. He placed BD-3 and I was really pleased, oh I almost forgot "Moritz" was BOB...

After the aghans were done I moved to the saluki ring where the salukis were just starting. We had Jean-Luis Grünheid (F) for our judge, with 37 salukis entered. Vasi won the big open class and finally being BOB with a Cacib and the last CC for the FI Champion title!! We were waiting for the Group ring with big anxiousness, cause Vasi had this strange "thing" around him...just as if he had made up his mind that something BIG is going to happen in the bigring!!!

The Group ring started and when the speaker said that next is the ring would be the saluki, Vasi ran in the ring, surrounded with that "something around him" - he flew like the king of winds, him knowing all the time that he was the winner and nobody else had anything else to say to that...and so it was...he won the group with an enourmous clapping and cheering crowd happy for my Vasi!!!
